These terms apply to booked and paid English lessons and lesson packages. For general website usage, please see the Website Terms & Conditions.
By booking lessons, you agree to the following conditions.
Payment Timing
- Payment should be made at least 3 business days before the first lesson of each lesson package.
- Lessons may be paused or rescheduled only after payment has been received.
Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling requires at least 3 days’ notice before the scheduled lesson.
- Lessons may be rescheduled up to two times per month.
- Lessons rescheduled with less than 3 days’ notice will be considered forfeited.
- If the teacher initiates the rescheduling, the lesson will be accommodated or refunded.
- Exceeding the monthly rescheduling limit may result in additional fees.
Lesson Renewal & Scheduling
- Lesson packages are renewed automatically unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- The lesson schedule and reserved time slot for the next package will continue based on the current schedule.
- If you would like to make changes, pause, or stop lessons, please notify me at least 2–3 weeks before your final scheduled lesson of the current package.
- If no notice is received within this timeframe, the next lesson package and schedule will be considered confirmed.
Communication
- All scheduling changes, lesson pauses, or cancellations should be communicated via email.
- Please allow reasonable time for responses, especially outside regular working hours.
